At Filescan Solutions we pride ourselves not only on providing the highest level of quality, reliability, and professional service, but also on being able to offer you competitive pricing for all of our products and services.

We will meet or beat any document scanning services prices of any competitor for a large volume document scanning projects. If you find a better price, please contact us with your project details, competitor's price, and any information we will need to verify the competitor's price. If we can beat it, we will.

The costs for our document scanning and indexing services are quoted on a price per page scanned basis. Prices start as low as $.065 (6.5 cents) an image and may increase due to the extra variable labor work necessary for the project.

Our pricing is subject to increase by the condition of the documents: quantity of documents, paper size, condition of documents, document preparation (removal of staples, paper clips, odd sized paper, pages oriented), restoring of the documents to their original condition, and the type of output required (TIFF, PDF, OCR, Color, CAD for drawings, etc). Our indexing services are included in the price per page but subject to the average size of file per index, and clarity & location of label information
