Filescan Solutions Privacy Policies and Procedures
Filescan Solutions has written policies and procedures relating to privacy. We have assigned the duties of privacy officer within our organization and have a program of on-going training for all of our employees. In addition, all employees are required to sign and adhere to our Confidentiality Agreement.
Our internal systems and procedures have been built around ensuring the privacy of information. From the time that we receive the records until the records are returned or destroyed, our customer’s records are maintained in monitored storage areas. While in our custody, your files are not accessible to the general public, not to anyone that is not directly associated with completing your project. We will never divulge any information present on your documents.
The goals of our security efforts are to provide confidentiality while ensuring availability of the information. To accomplish this, we have established high level security practices, have implemented ongoing workforce training, and constantly update our policies and procedures to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Confidentiality Policy for Filescan Employees
All Filescan Solutions employees are well-screened, undergo background checks, and sign strict confidentiality statements. Ethics and confidentiality are stressed at the time of hiring and during company meetings, employee review, etc.
At Filescan, we understand that hospitals, medical offices, and financial institutions have some of the strictest requirements for confidentiality. That is why we have a special set of procedures we adhere to when providing medical support. These procedures include secure image capture and text extraction, bonded employees, and secure destruction options. With experience in the medical arena and financial sector, we are confident in our ability to meet every one of your expectations
